This eight week course is so much more than jumping into a class where the teacher tells you what to do while you think about your daily to-do list. This is a way of moving that you have not thought of before. Detailed, careful, mindful, effective. This is a course that helps you build those great alignment habits that you can apply to everything in your life, from how you sit at your desk to how you run or walk your dog.

Session Recordings: Life gets busy, and I understand that. All sessions will be recorded and made available for 72 hours so you can practice at your convenience without missing out on the guidance you need.
Q: Can I drop in for individual sessions?
A: You can join the course at any time and access recordings of previous weeks to catch up. However, keep in mind that consistency is key to building lasting habits.
Q: What if I miss a week? Can I still enrol?
A: Absolutely! If you miss a week, don't worry. You'll receive access to the recording of that week's session, allowing you to catch up at your own pace. However, remember that your progress is directly related to your commitment, so it's advised not to skip a recording.
Q: How long will the recordings be available?
A: The recordings will be accessible until the end of the course, allowing you ample time to review and continue your practice.
Q: Can I join if I have injuries?

Q: Can I join if I've never done pilates?
A: Absolutely! This is the best thing you can do before trying a general Pilates class. This course will give you the foundations you need to fall in love with Pilates classes.
Q: Can I join if I feel very unfit? Is it a challenging workout?
A. Absolutely you can join and no it is not like a gym workout. This is a very slow, mindful type of movement, that does not feel too challenging in the moment but makes you feel so much stronger over time.
