Tuesday & Thursday 1PM on Zoom
This is a 30 minutes dynamic yogalates class. We move through a series of standing core exercises with mat based Pilates, for a sweaty and challenging full-body workout. This class is usually not suitable for complete beginners, if you want to give it a try, I'd be happy to chat to you before class and offer some modifications.
PILATES MAT ONLINE
Mondays 6:30 pm & Saturday 10:30am on Zoom
This is a 45 minutes, feel-good Mat Pilates class, suitable for beginners and more experienced students. I always explain the alignment and core activation, as well as offering plenty of options for all levels.

Wednesdays 7 pm Howth
This class is for those who enjoy loosing themselves in the practice of Yoga. We'll focus on moving around the mat (sometimes coming off the mat and feeling the earth), we'll breath, meditate and also have some fun.
SUNDAY CALM YOGA OUTDOORS
Sundays 11 am Howth
This class is all about community. You're joining a group of fun people with different bodies of different levels. A no judgement zone. We play, laugh, fall and relax in the sun. Beginners will feel welcome.
