Join me on this 28-day posture reset and flexibility course! We'll practice exercises to improve your posture, improve your core strength and increase your flexibility in the shoulders, back,  hips and hamstrings.

Hi, I am Ana and I am a Movement Coach.

But before becoming a coach, I spent 7 years working in an office and experienced shoulder and neck pain, lower back pain, and overall stiffness.

Gaining from my experience, here is how I can help you:

  • We'll work on your core strength. A strong core is fundamental to a healthy spine.​

  • We'll work on your flexibility and improve your range of motion in the shoulders, hips and hamstrings. ​

  •  We'll explore a few breathing techniques that you can use to relax. When we are stressed we build tension in the shoulders and neck area.

What is included?
  • Two live classes per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm

  • Daily 10 minute videos to increase your flexibility

  • WhatsApp group for support, reminders and class recordings

  • 1-1 advice and support

  • 7-day playback recordings of all classes

 Register before January 10th and pay only €1 per day!

After that, the course is €99
