Join me on this 28-day posture reset and flexibility course! We'll practice exercises to improve your posture, improve your core strength and increase your flexibility in the shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings.
Hi, I am Ana and I am a Movement Coach.
But before becoming a coach, I spent 7 years working in an office and experienced shoulder and neck pain, lower back pain, and overall stiffness.
Gaining from my experience, here is how I can help you:
We'll work on your core strength. A strong core is fundamental to a healthy spine.
We'll work on your flexibility and improve your range of motion in the shoulders, hips and hamstrings.
We'll explore a few breathing techniques that you can use to relax. When we are stressed we build tension in the shoulders and neck area.

Two live classes per week. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm
