Welcome to this 6-week Yoga and Meditation Course!
My name is Ana, and I am your Yoga and Pilates Teacher. Before becoming a Yoga teacher, I worked in an office for over 12 years and experienced all the challenges that come with being at a desk all day.
I had shoulder and neck pain, lower back pain and overall stiffness. But most importantly, I felt like I could never switch off my mind.
Yoga and Meditation have been a life-changer for me, and over the next few weeks, I want to help you feel better in your body and feel more connected with your mind.
Every week we'll start our practice with a grounding meditation and some breathing exercises, followed by a yoga flow to improve your mobility and end with a guided relaxation.
You will also learn a few simple poses and mobility exercises that you can do at your desk every day, and a few simple breathing meditation tools to use when you need a little bit more mental space.
Whether you are an absolute beginner or have practised Yoga before, this course gives you the tools that you need to incorporate joyful movement and meditation in your everyday life.
