An 6-week Pilates and Yin Yoga challenge to improve your range of motion, core strength and overall well being.

You have probably heard the sentence: engage your core!

But what is your core? How do you engage or activate it?

In this course we'll learn more about the core, we'll challenge ourselves with two weekly Pilates sessions and express morning workouts.

Core strength is fundamental to having a healthy spine, a good posture and being able to enjoy movement in your everyday life.

Are you an active person and find it hard to stay still? Or find it hard to switch off at times?

Yin Yoga is definitely for you!

In this course we will practice both Yang and Yin Yoga, so that you will feel restored, relaxed and rested.

A calm and steady mind is the key to having more energy, more freedom from stress and worries and a balanced life. 

What is included?
  • Join two evening Pilates Classes per week, two Yoga classes and a Core Express class

  • Join a whatsaspp group for support , reminders and class recordings

  • 7-day playback recordings of all classes

What if I am a complete beginner?

This course is suitable for complete beginners. Plus, before we start you can book a free call with me, where I will explain the course in detail and offer modifications to suit your body and where you are in your journey.

If you have practiced before, not to worry, I will offer plenty of options for you to find this course challenging enough. Plus, we all need a reminder to take it easy sometimes, and go back to a simple practice.

I have never done yoga or pilates before, can I join?
Yes, this is suitable for everyone, including absolute beginners.

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No, but you may get more flexible.

Are these classes good for weight-loss?
The target of this programme is not weight-loss, although it may help.

You should always aim to become a healthier person, not a slimmer one.

Practice to feel good in your body, to feel strong and alive.

If I miss a class, will I be able to continue?
Yes, if you miss a session, you will receive access to a class recording that you will be able to access for 7 days.

What equipment do I need for the class?
● A space in your home with no interruptions
● Yoga mat
● Yoga block, (or a heavy book)
● Towel and/or blanket, pillows
● Laptop/phone with video & audio access

Classes will be live on Zoom. Please make sure you have a Zoom account and that you log in 5 minutes early in case you encounter any technical issues.

Is this a group class or a one to one?
