1 / How are one-to-one sessions different?

2 / Will the sessions fit my schedule?

  • Yes, we agree to our sessions days and times bi-weekly. We'll work around your schedule as much as possible. I only take a limited number of clients every three months, so I can offer you my best every week.

3 / Where are the sessions taking place?
  • In Howth, online, or at your home. Please note that there may be an additional fee for at-home sessions (depending on the location and time of travel).

4 / What is included in the package
