Clarity Hour

This is a one-to-one in-person or online, 90 minute appointment. It includes a posture reset, a few exercises to test your strength and flexibility and an action plan.
This appointment is for you if:
  • You need to make a change but don't know where to start
  • You experience back pain knee pain or overall stiffness 
  • Your physiotherapist recommended exercise but you're afraid of making it worse
  • You felt intimidated walking into a gym/studio 

Stretch and Destress 6-Week

This is flexibility (mobility programme) designed to get you moving better in just six weeks. It includes weekly 1-1 sessions, daily stretches to do at home and daily chat support. 
This programme is for you if:
  • You fees super stiff and it stops you from enjoying everyday life
  • You feel much older than your actual age 
  • You are a strong gym goer but have neglected your mobility
  • You want to increase your flexibility  to prevent injuries 

Total Body Reset 6-Weeks

This is an intensive strength and flexibility programme to improve your posture, core strength & mobility. It includes three, weekly 1-1 sessions, daily exercises & accountability check-ins.
This programme is for you if:
  • You suffer from back pain and it is stopping you from enjoying life
  • You have exercises from your therapist but find them hard to follow at home
  • You've been to group classes but you did not see results, or the pain increased.
