This call is dedicated to you, your time to be heard and share any problems you may be experiencing with movement, posture, aches, pains, and stiffness. My goal is to listen carefully and provide helpful advice tailored to your individual needs. During this call, we'll take the time to get to know each other and discuss your health and wellness goals. I'll be there to answer any questions you may have and provide expert advice on how you can start feeling better in your body. This is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable insights and start your wellness journey, whether you're struggling with chronic pain or just looking to improve your overall well-being. I understand that taking the first step towards better health can be challenging, which is why I'm here to make it easy and stress-free. This call is completely free, and it's a chance for you to connect with someone who understands your struggles and can help you find solutions. Please note that this appointment is a commitment, as it blocks time in my calendar that other clients won't be able to book. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand that life can get busy, but please be respectful of my time as I am of yours. Just because this call is free does not mean it is less valuable. Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or receive a refund, please follow these guidelines: One-to-one appointments: Full refunds available if canceled 14 days before the appointment or within 6 hours after purchase if the service has not started. Ana can cancel the appointment for any reason and offer a full refund. Rescheduling can be done with 24 hours notice, up to three times. No-shows or less than 24 hours notice will result in the full fee charged. Rescheduling may be possible in emergencies with a €39 travel fee. Workshops: Full refunds or class credits available 14 days before the event or within 6 hours after purchase if the event has not taken place. No refund for last-minute discounted places. Full refund or credit offered in case of event cancellation. Courses: Full refund available if canceled 14 days before the first week of the course or within 6 hours after purchase.
