Confidence starts from within. It's about feeling good about yourself and having a positive self-image. When you appreciate yourself and your abilities, it reflects in your behavior, attitude, and interactions with others. Having confidence doesn't mean you're always right or that you're never scared or anxious. It means you trust yourself enough to take risks, to learn from your mistakes, and to keep pushing forward. Confidence is also about being authentic and true to yourself. When you embrace who you are, and when you're not trying to be someone else, it shows in the way you present yourself to the world. Moreover, confidence is a skill that can be developed and improved over time. It's not something that you either have or don't have. You can practice and learn to be more confident in various situations. At the Elevate webinar, we'll be sharing practical tips, techniques, and exercises to help you cultivate confidence from within. We'll be exploring the role of posture, body language, breathing techniques, and self-appreciation mantras to help you feel more confident, self-assured, and comfortable in your skin.

Cancelation Policy

To reschedule or receive a refund, please follow these guidelines: One-to-one appointments: Full refunds available if canceled 14 days before the appointment or within 6 hours after purchase if the service has not started. Ana can cancel the appointment for any reason and offer a full refund. Rescheduling can be done with 24 hours notice, up to three times. No-shows or less than 24 hours notice will result in the full fee charged. Rescheduling may be possible in emergencies with a €39 travel fee. Workshops: Full refunds or class credits available 14 days before the event or within 6 hours after purchase if the event has not taken place. No refund for last-minute discounted places. Full refund or credit offered in case of event cancellation. Courses: Full refund available if canceled 14 days before the first week of the course or within 6 hours after purchase.
