Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or receive a refund, please follow these guidelines: One-to-one appointments: Full refunds available if canceled 14 days before the appointment or within 6 hours after purchase if the service has not started. Ana can cancel the appointment for any reason and offer a full refund. Rescheduling can be done with 24 hours notice, up to three times. No-shows or less than 24 hours notice will result in the full fee charged. Rescheduling may be possible in emergencies with a €39 travel fee. Workshops: Full refunds or class credits available 14 days before the event or within 6 hours after purchase if the event has not taken place. No refund for last-minute discounted places. Full refund or credit offered in case of event cancellation. Courses: Full refund available if canceled 14 days before the first week of the course or within 6 hours after purchase.
