Service Description

Grab your pillows, your blanket, light a candle and your favourite incense. This class will help you destress while also allowing your body to gradually become flexible and more open. There is very little movement involved and we hold the poses for up to 6 minutes each. If this is your first time trying Yin Yoga, send me a quick text and we'll have a quick chat before the class, so that you know what to expect. I'm sure you'll love it.
