YOGA FLOW
MONDAYS 10 AM or FRIDAYS 6 PM
Starts 21st March
Find your strength with this 6-week course. The style of Yoga practice is Slow Flow.
We repeat a sequence of poses, and add new ones each week, so that you can build up the knowledge of the flow but also your strength and breath.
By the end of this course you will feel stronger, more aware of your body and more confident to walk into any Yoga class.
MOBILITY
MONDAYS 11:15 AM
Starts 21st March
This 6-week course is ideal for people who experience some pains and aches due to stiffness.
Also suitable for ages 60+ and beginners who wish to improve their posture and mobility and breathe better.
The aim of this course is to improve your range of motion in the ankles, hips, back and shoulders. The classes are a mix of active and passive stretches, with and without props.


BROGA
FRIDAYS 1 PM
Starts 25tH March
When you've never tried Yoga, it can be intimidating to walk into a general class.
You probably think you need to be flexible and bendy and have no idea where to start.
In this 6-week course we are going back to basics but it does not mean it will be easy. The classes will be challenging, with plenty of stretches to improve your shoulder mobility and your hips and hamstrings flexibility.
