I've been practicing yoga for over 15 years and have had many great teachers in that time from all over the world. Since moving to Dublin two years ago I feel very lucky to have found Ana! Her in-depth knowledge of yoga, and also of anatomy and physiology is evident in how she prepares and structures her classes. Personally, I’ve found that my practice has improved a lot since working with Ana as she gives very clear, and highly personalised adjustments and pointers for every pose.
Ana is a fantastic Pilates teacher. She has an incredible amount of experience, knowledge and I must say-patience. Having her as a 1-1 instructor during my rehabilitation from lower back pain really made a difference. My posture and core strength have improved and I feel like I can reach out any time if I have any questions. I recommend Ana to those who suffer from lower back pain and need to improve their core strength.

I have taken classes on three different continents and Ana Stefan is hands down the best Pilates teacher I have ever had; her yoga teaching is also superb. Her attention to detail, and modification for injuries or other limitations, are fabulous - I feel safe and supported, as well as (in all the best ways) challenged.
I had never done yoga before when I joined one of Ana's yoga classes. She made me feel very comfortable, giving options for each pose so that beginners are catered for. All of her classes have a very friendly, relaxed feel, which comes from Ana’s personality, and you feel very welcome and accepted – nothing is taken too seriously and there is no pressure to look a certain way.

It's been a year since I've started Pilates online with Ana and it's been such a hugely positive thing for me and a massive benefit to counterbalance the stress of the lockdown. Ana is a fantastic teacher and I'm really please with how much stronger I am now than a year ago.
I recommend the 30 min core express sessions. The 30 minutes fly by and it’s easy to fit into a busy day.
I started Ana's Yoga classes in January 2021 ago but already I feel huge improvements in so many ways. My body is stronger and more flexible and I'm more aware of what works for me and what doesn't. More importantly, I feel so much calmer and the classes really help ground me daily. Ana is thorough, kind and a really friendly teacher and I would highly recommend her classes to everyone of all ages shapes, and genders!
