Pilates, Myofascial Movement and Restorative Yoga
This is not your typical Yoga or Pilates Class. Over the weekend, we’ll explore movement that’s deeply connected, precise, and breath-led. Think full-body awareness, alignment that actually clicks, and juicy stretches that feel like a reset. We’ll mix challenge with ease, breath with rest, and help you reconnect with your body in a way that lasts.

Rest and Recharge
This retreat is all about balance. When we’re not in the studio, you’ll have time to relax and just be. Wander through the gardens, curl up with a book by the fire or have a nap in your cosy room—no pressure, no rush.
We start at 9am, so there’s movement and plenty of value, but you’re never cramming things in or left feeling more tired than when you arrived.

NOURISH YOUR BODY & SOUL
All meals are veggie-based, organic, and made with love—most ingredients coming straight from the garden. You’ll eat well, feel good, and never be hungry. Think simple, wholesome plates that leave you nourished, light, and ready for whatever the day brings.
Your Relaxing Weekend
Friday
Arrive at Shanbally House after a beautiful drive and feel the calm of the place.
Shake off the week with a candlelight restorative session designed to melt away stress and bring your nervous system back to baseline.
Enjoy a nourishing organic dinner before retreating to your warm, comfortable room for a deep, uninterrupted sleep.
Saturday
Wake to the stillness of a fresh November morning in the peaceful countryside.
Join me in the beautiful studio for an embodied, whole-body movement practice to energise you from the inside out - steady, intelligent, and grounding.
Settle in for a generous organic brunch.
The afternoon is yours
Rest. Sleep. Read. Walk in the misty gardens. Sit by the fire. Journal.
You’ll also have the opportunity for 1-2-1 support and small workshops with me.
As evening falls, return to the studio for two hours of deeply restorative movement and stretching. Underfloor heating, soft candlelight, subtle incense , a space designed to help you fully switch off and let go.
Dinner follows, then another slow fireside evening with a glass of wine and good conversation.
Sunday
Wake up rested and enjoy a cup of coffee in your room.
A final morning movement session to gently energise you for the week ahead.
Enjoy another relaxed brunch before heading home feeling light and rested.

Where is the retreat?
The retreat is in the beautiful Shanbally House in Co Tipperary. They have a beautiful and spacious studio with underfloor heating
Am I sharing the room?
We have both single and shared options. If you bring a friend/colleague/sister/mum to share the room with you get 10% off the price.
Can I join is I have an injury?
Yes, of course everything can be adapted. Make sure you have a chat with me before and you have the green light from your physio too if you have any concerns.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations less than 2 weeks out are also non-refundable unless your spot is filled.
What makes this retreat different?
Every detail is thoughtfully planned so you can fully relax — from your arrival to your last cup of tea, you’re completely looked after. The schedule is designed for rest as much as movement, with 9am starts and space to enjoy quiet mornings.
The sessions blend Pilates, myofascial release, restorative yoga, and breath work — inclusive, adaptable, and suitable for all bodies and abilities. There’s no talk of weight loss or “earning your rest” — nothing is punishment, everything is optional.
You also have full access to me throughout the weekend for questions, feedback, or one-to-one support. And because I’m a foodie, the vegetarian meals are delicious, satisfying, and designed to bring everyone together around the table.
It’s a weekend that feels personal, nurturing, and restorative — a retreat where you can move, rest, learn, and leave feeling truly good in your body.
Can I come alone? How many people will attend?
Yes, absolutely. Most participants come solo. The retreat is limited to 14 participants to ensure a cosy and personalised experience.
Do I need prior Pilates/Yoga experience ?
Not at all, all sessions are suitable for all levels, and modifications are always offered. All ages over 18 years old are welcome. No children allowed.
